The products covered by the pre-order are only made to order. These are some ready-to-wear products and all “Half Measure” products.
The customer must complete and send the return voucher on his customer account on the website https://nathalietoma.fr within 14 working days from the day following the date of receipt of the parcel by the customer.
The product must be returned within 14 working days from the date of dispatch of the return voucher by the customer. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be in their original condition with their labels attached to the product. No goods carried or damaged can be accepted.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been validated. Refunds will be credited using the original payment method within 14 days of product recovery. Standard delivery charges (The post office) will be included in the refund, but express delivery charges (DHL) will not be refunded.
It is possible to make an exchange provided that the desired size is available. The fees
of shipments will be at your expense.
